The new revision is scheduled to release in November 2025.
January 2024- IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) has started drafting the AS9100 standard in order to “elevate quality requirements based on industry needs”, according to the change information they released. Specifically, IAQG will focus on revising guidelines for: product safety, information security (cyber) & data protection, leadership’s quality culture & ethics, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), counterfeit parts and sub-tier supplier controls. Nonetheless, the most obvious change for this standard is that its standard ID from AS9100 to IA9100.

- what is the knowledge we need & who can provide it?
- what documents will need to change?
